What it includes: Unlimited emails 8 one-hour planning meetings (including initial consultation and venue visit) Two vendor meeting of your choice Budget analysis Vendor management: Booking, confirmation, oversee set up and contract review and arranging delivery of any final payment due from you day of Venue Visit 2 additional staff people Floor plan Set up of table décor, signage, favors, guest book etc. Execute grand exit of bride and groom Coordination of rehearsal Coordinating and directing of ceremony and reception Pinterest board collaboration 1 Shuffles mood board creation and 1 Inspiration board creation (Canva) Wedding checklist and reminders Custom timeline Order of ceremony Vendor recommendations Décor and design ideas and recommendations Welcome Bag curation Planning tips and tools Management of hotel blocks Venue visit Floor plan Set up of all décor such as table décor, signage, guest book, gift table management* coordinating all décor vendors such as lighting, draping, florist or unique experiences Set up and execution of grand exit Bridal Swag Bag (our gift to you) Coordinating a welcome basket for your out of town guests (if applicable) Assisting in the etiquette for all your printed materials Planning menus *All wedding packages Include 1 hour of service for rehearsal, up to 10 hours of service day of the wedding. If extra time is needed there will be a $100 fee per hour will be applied.
