$1500 + 5% of the total budget (ex. Meeting, employee celebration, VIP client weekend, Offsite meeting, Onsite creative meeting, Holiday party, Gala, Fund raising event)(7 hours)(3) What it includes: 2 one-hour planning meetings (to include one venue site visit) Unlimited email access Venue walk through Manage registration process Timeline and agenda collaboration and creation Set up of all décor and agenda materials* Coordination of vendors and event timeline day of 1 additional staff person
